At 938 this morning we had an issue with one of our SBC gateways on the HostedPBX platform. The vast majority of devices automatically re-registered with another SBC without interruption to service. The faulty SBC recovered within a minute.

To avoid being impacted by issues like this, it is important to use the DNS/NAPTR settings to chose the SBC for your devices, rather than hard-coding in a specific gateway.
