An automated SIP proxy reload happened at 2.01am - this triggered a bug in the version of the SIP router that we run on our core. The SIP proxy in the CWT zone was unaffected and continued to process calls and registrations. The engineer on call was notified and after analysis of the error state they fixed the underlying issue and the proxy was brought back online at 2.39am. To mitigate this issue for now our engineers rolled back to the previous build of the SIP router on all cluster nodes at 3.19am. Our development team is working on a fix with the SIP router developers. Once this is ready and has passed QA we will upgrade to the new build of the SIP router. This incident is closed.
