We will be carrying out a major upgrade of the HostedPBX platform during this maintenance window.
During this time there may be intermittent issues with calls on the HostedPBX platform, however we shall be taking all steps possible to mitigate against this.

Please make sure that your devices are using SRV records to resolve HostedPBX server addresses. If devices are automatically provisioned this will be the case and shall minimise any impact during this window.

NOTE - SIP Trunk customers are not affected in any way by this maintenance.
